When you apply for a pilot or request a custom workflow review, we may collect your name, business email, phone number, business name, business type, call volume, number of locations, current software, and the operational details you choose to provide. We also collect basic technical and attribution information such as IP address, browser user agent, referring page, country, and campaign parameters.

We use this information to evaluate and contact pilot applicants, configure and operate an approved pilot, protect the service from abuse, measure marketing performance, and improve Della. We do not sell personal information.

The site may use Google and OpenAI advertising measurement tags. These services may receive device, browser, page-view, and conversion information according to their own privacy terms. We use campaign data to understand which outreach produces qualified pilot applications.

Calls handled during a pilot may be recorded and transcribed when permitted by applicable law and after an appropriate notice. Pilot customers are responsible for ensuring their use of the service and caller notices comply with laws that apply to them. Do not use Della to collect medical information or other specially regulated data unless we have agreed to that use in writing.

Website application records are generally retained for up to 180 days unless a longer period is needed for an active pilot, legal compliance, security, or dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your application information, or opt out of further contact, by emailing privacy@hiredella.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required by law.
