This website describes an early design-partner pilot, not a generally available or self-service product. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, availability, results, pricing, or any particular feature. Pilot scope and terms must be confirmed in writing before service begins.

The phone demo and examples on this site are scripted or illustrative. They are not evidence of a live customer deployment, actual bookings, recovered revenue, or guaranteed performance. Estimates shown on the site are planning hypotheses only.

Della must not be used as the sole channel for emergencies or situations involving imminent harm. A business remains responsible for staffing, escalation decisions, caller notices, appointment confirmation, and the accuracy of instructions supplied to the system. Della is limited to general reception tasks — such as answering public information, capturing callers, and logging callback or scheduling requests — and must not be used to give clinical advice or to collect, store, or transmit protected health information (PHI) or other specially regulated data.

AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed where consequences matter. Calls may be recorded or transcribed when legally permitted and appropriately disclosed. Pilot customers are responsible for obtaining any consent required for their use case and jurisdiction.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and demo are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or business results. Nothing on this site creates a service-level commitment.
